This special blend of sun-ripened habaneros and sweet bell peppers makes this jam a must-have for any grilling occasion.  When I created it, I was thinking buttery, salty roasted corn with this right amount of spicy honey drizzled over it with a nice squeeze of lime.

BTW, there's no honey in it! I created it to look and have the consistency of honey.

Habanero Honey
Ingredients: Habanero Peppers, bell peppers,  pure cane sugar, white vinegar, red chili flakes, lemon juice,  fruit pectin

PAIRING & SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Drizzled over roasted corn with a squeeze of lime, grilled cheese, with apples and cheese
